A house concert in Brooklyn
Sunday at 4 p.m., in the home of Paul Friedman, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn
The ensemble plays an afternoon concert three blocks from the Prospect Park station on the Q train and the Sterling Street station on the 2. Admission is a $20 donation.
Space is limited, so reservations are required: email Paul at pfriedman246@yahoo.com, and he will confirm your place and send the address with subway and walking directions. Allergy note: there is a small dog in the house.

The Elias Ladino Ensemble commemorated the 80th anniversary of the deportation of Monastir’s Jews through music. The concert brought together the diplomatic community from the UN and the Sephardic community in New York to honor our shared traditions, recognize our painful history, and celebrate that we are still around to sing these songs today.
